Cutting down

My aunt called to ask for help. She and my uncle are in need of cheap car insurance quotes. They have three cars. They can’t afford the new rates that their old insurance provider sent over. They are cutting down on some of their expenses because they have a house that they had renovated and they are replenishing the savings fund that they wiped out because of it.

They are also asking for help in designing a budget for their household. They are bent on cutting down on costs and really sticking to a monthly budget.
