The neighbor’s toy

The neighbor has an ATV customized with big ATV Tires that he uses to go around the neighborhood. It is his toy and he proudly tells everyone who has time to listen. He bought it a few years ago and maintains it himself.
I know my dad wants one, too. The ATV owner is a friend of his and he was one of the first few persons to have known about the purchase. Of course, whenever the neighbor comes over, he brings with him tales of his ATV and where he goes with it.
