My sister is planning to have a business this summer. Her friend has a salon and she wants to open another branch but she no one in their family is interested in managing their business. So she talked to my sister if she wants to open a salon this summer and have it managed. My sister’s friend said that she will provide anything and everything for the salon; my sister will just do the managing. I told my sister to search some website about handling a salon and what are the certain jobs that the employees must do so that she will know how to manage her future employees.
